Ongoing Services

From our experience working with many small business owners, we have found that a three-step process works well.

First, we arrange for a convenient 15-minute discovery call to understand if our services are a good fit for you and your business. 

Next, we have a first meeting to understand what your dream and goals are for you and your family.  We work with you to determine what your immediate needs are, we discuss where your business currently is on The Transformation Map, and we complete our analysis of how we can help. 

Then, we thoughtfully prepare a custom service package for your specific business and needs and then present this information at a second meeting for your consideration and approval. 

Our clients have told us that they appreciate two things about our approach:  choice and cost certainty. 

When we prepare a custom service package, we provide three options, each option consisting of a different bundle of services including levels of service.  You can then choose the option that best meets your needs. 

When we prepare a custom service package, we provide you with a clear scope of services and a set fee for these services.  You then have cost certainty for the services we will provide and you can successfully budget for your investment in the business.

After your approval, we then begin the process of scheduling the various services for you and your business.
