Should you open another location?  Hire a senior staffperson?  Add to your product line?  We can help you consider options and weigh the pros and cons of each option.  With this approach, you will be able to make a decision with the best possible information at the time.

Will your strategic plan or growth require external financing?  What sources of financing are possible and how can a financing proposal be prepared that will be viewed favourably by the lender?  We can help you create the proposal and accompany you when you meet with the lender.  This approach will assist you in explain the proposal and answering any questions the lender may have.
