As a chartered professional accountant and founder of the firm, David has over 25 years experience helping and coaching business owners and their families, in a variety of industries and income levels, achieve success. He seeks to understand the goals and needs of each business owner and provides accounting systems and regular management meetings to help business owners reach their goals and meet their needs. As a price consultant, he helps clients increase their profits through effective pricing strategies and systems. He also works with clients and their existing advisors to ensure that comprehensive financial, wealth, succession, and estate planning is provided.
David has completed both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada three-year In-depth Tax Program and the Advanced Tax Program for Owner Manager Businesses. He has also completed the two-year STEP Canada diploma program for trust and estate professionals and the diploma program from the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors and is knowledgeable in the planning areas of wills, trusts, estates, business succession, and insurance.
He is a member of both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. He also volunteers as an Area Leader for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada Community Connect Program, to coordinate and provide the “Financial Decisions Matter” series of seminars to improve financial literacy in the community.
Role
David has two main roles. First, he serves as the main point of contact for all business advising, accounting and tax needs of clients. Second, he serves as the Client Transformation Manager, helping clients along their entire journey on The Transformation Map. He links with the other skilled professionals on the team to ensure that the client experience is custom tailored and seamless.
Vanda has extensive experience as a client relationship manager, working with both large and small companies. She has also received extensive training in a variety of systems, including Quickbooks Online and other third party apps, to assist small business owners so that they can focus on serving their clients.
Role
Vanda has two roles. First, she serves as the operations manager. She coordinates the activities of the firm to ensure that the client services on The Transformation Map are scheduled, assigned and implemented. Second, she also works as part of the team providing the Systems services on The Transformation Map.

Jordan Duda is an IT/IS professional with over twenty years of experience in the field. He specializes in assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses with their technology needs, and is responsible for training others on cloud systems and applications, such as CRM, Microsoft 365, workflows, and apps. He has worked on our tech stack to create a complete marketing, pricing and operations system, including workflows, to streamline and simplify a variety of tasks.
Role
Jordan has two roles. First, he serves as our computer systems manager to support a high quality customer experience. Second, he also works as part of our team assisting other entrepreneurs and small business owners to systemize their processes, so they can grow more successfully.
